Hi all,
I need to use a double prime for measures in inches (e.g. 12″).
Unlike other special characters, I cannot produce this character in Studio by entering the ASCII code (ALT+8243). Works fine in MS Word, but not in Studio (2019).
Is there any chance how I can conveniently use this character in Studio without having to type it in Word and copy it over?

I insert double primes (″) with AutoHotkey, because it’s filetype-independent:
:?*:<inch::{U+2033} ; type <inch to be replaced by a double prime (″)
Alternatively you can add an entry of the QinckInsert section of the filetype you are using (XLIFF in the following example):
And the next document opened using that updated fitetype will have the double primes available in the ribbon, so you can insert them real quick:
If you work with several filetypes, such as Word, XML, Exel, you’ll need to add that entry to each of them. That’s why I use AutoHotkey.
