When I tried to access the system to translate a document, I got the above error messages!
What version of Windows are you using and what browser do you have installed?
In the meantime don't use the drag and drop interface. Frankly I think it's slower anyway and you'll be able to work faster if you go to the projects view and create your projects from there.
