Why do 100% matches populate my translation before CM matches? I assume I've messed up some setting or other, because normally the CM:s populate my translation. See screenshot. Here the same happened in segment 1 so I had to manually choose the CM before the 100% match. What have I done?

I agree that does not look correct.
When last did you Maintain your TM?
Best follow the points raised in this article
I assume you are working with 1 TM as there is a setting that somewhat controls the hit list of results when working across many providers

Thank you for your reply. This is a client provided TM, so not sure if I this is something I can/should do.

If the client provided you a TM then its local to your machine and therefore something you can do without concern it will impact them.
As they will have their own TM.
Unless of course this is a central TM (GroupShare / Language Cloud) - which from your screen print I cant tell.
