I just downloaded and installed the one currently in the AppStore.

I may have misunderstood the Azure account mechanisms. I thought this was what I needed:

"Nycklar" is "Keys".

But I suspect this is what I should use instead:

The link at the very bottom seems to be the relevant one: "Click here if you want to apply for access to Azure OpenAI Service".

It might be helpful if you make it clear as a bell and link to the one you downloaded and installed.

It would also be a good idea if you removed the OpenAI Translator completely and only worked with the AI professional.  I think we need to remove the possibility of any doubt over what you actually have installed.

They've got to be able to help you somehow if you have problems!  The text in the image you shared says that Microsoft logs the content sent to Azure OpenAI to detect and mitigate harmful use of the service.  It also states that content may be reviewed by authorized Microsoft employees for two specified purposes: debugging in the event of a failure and investigating patterns of abuse and misuse.

However, it does not explicitly state that data will not be processed for any other purposes.  Usually, the detailed use of data would be defined in the full data processing agreement or privacy policy of the service, so what does that say?

I was not aware of the new plugin. I have now also installed the latest version of Studio (the one I had could not be used for AI Professional, which you might reflect in the requirements in the presentation). I have also created an Azure OpenAI API. But still the values I get from Microsoft (as shown in the previous image Visa nycklar (Show keys) -- which is the only place I see where I can get these data -- do not work. What I get in Studio is, as before:

As you see, the Model field is not usable, nor is the OK button.

Should I use another meny option?

As I said, I was not even aware of the AI Professional plugin. I think your thought on this is spot-on. Plus, as I said to Patrick, specify which Studio version is necessary (not just "SR2").

Thank you for this! I did not think far enough. Also, the information in the new plugin is quire clear on this, I believe. Overall, this plugin seems very interesting indeed! If only I could get it to work...

You'll need to provide the complete endpoint to make calls to the service, including the deployment name and api-version. 

It should look something like this: https://MyDomainName.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/MyDeployment/chat/completions?api-version=2023-07-01-preview

You should be able to recover this from the https://oai.azure.com/portal portal.  The only way I know to recover this quickly is as follows:

1. Select your deployment from the Deployments page and click on the button Open in Playground
2. From the playground page, select the button View code
3. From the Sample Code page you should see the endpoint url at the bottm of the window.
