Looking at your screenshot I think the S stands for "Section Name".  I don't think you can exclude this with the filetype settings.  But you could use the Advanced Display filter:

Select the S that is "A document slide" as opposed to "A section name" and you should find the section names are filtered out:

You could even "Reverse it at this point and then lock them (select and press Ctrl+L):

Now when you clear the filter you can still see the section names as this may be useful, and they will be protected from translation and can also be omitted from your analysis

Thank you for keeping the confidentiality of my working file  - Advanced Display filter? Is this a plugin I should install or is that a filter I don't know about in my program?

Depends on what version of Trados Studio you're using.  In 2021 it's already part of the product.  Take a look in the "View Menu" when you have opened your file in the Editor and you'll be able to see it.

OK I found the filter (a very small Icon far right of the View Menu). Well, I understand that this advanced filter is very usefull to locate a SECTION file in a large document. My problem was I did not understand why "MODERN SWISS" appeared in my Editor in the first place since it is not a part of my translation. I was wondering if I made a mistake in the creation of my PowerPoint project and I was looking for an idea to NOT SEE this line on the editor.

It is, because whoever created the presentation added section names.  How does anyone know they should not be translated for this customer?
