Trados 2022 - "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when I try to open a file

Dear Community Members, 
 Trados crashed when I was reviewing a file. Then I got this error message of "object reference not set to an instance of an object." 
 I have updated Trados to the latest version and reset the View. It is not working. 
 For any translation jobs, I would simply reimport the source file and reapply the TM. But this is a review project with a lot of track changes and tags. So that route would be very time consuming. Any suggestions?

 Without seeing the stacktrace it's impossible to be specific about the source of the issue (and even then we may not be certain):

the stacktrace is not opened so we cannot see it 
 it's better to click the small disk symbol, save the error stack to your desktop, attach the error stack to your reply - screenshots are not as helpful 
 click on the "Knowledgebase" as this will use the info in the error stack and find possible solutions in the Knowledgebase.
