Create a return package / a package for review

Hi,


I'm pretty new in 2015 version and in a project I'm working on the reviewer requests a package for review from me. Does a package for review mean the same as a return package? And do I need to upgrade to do this if I have only 2015 freelance not freelance Plus or higher ?

Once I sent out my reviewer a word file for review and later updating process went fine. But the reviewer is also a Studio user so I would like to give him a package to work for.

The original file is .xlsx and of course it's working fine in Studio as .sdlxliff. No TB, only with TM.

    It depends on your software version. If you have the freelance version, so you cannot create any packages, only receive packages. For packages received you can create return packages.
    If you are involved in a revision process like requested by ISO 17100, so as a freelance translator you have two options. Either send your reviewer the SDLXLIFF file or files from the target folder of your project (if it is a single file project, then just the sdlxliff file from the project main folder) or use the "Export for external review" batch task. In the latter case Word file(s) will be created for each SDLXLIFF file within the project, which can be reviewed with Word 2007 or above. IMPORTANT: instruct your reviewer only to change the content in the TARGET column and NEVER change any red and/or other color marks within the text.
    In the first case (giving away the SDLXLIFF files) simply overwrite your original files with the same files received from the revision process.
