Have you checked to see if your MultiTerm application is also up to date and on the same version as Studio?

Have you tried to reorganise your termbase in MultiTerm?

Hi Lydia, my apologies, I didn't receive notification of your answer until I opened the Community to check just now! I have checked that both Studio and Multiterm are up-to-date, but will try and reorganise my termbase now. This was a termbase I've been using for a long time. I've been working on a project with a tight deadline, hence not checking back earlier, but had thought it was working again. Now I've switched to a new project (with an existing termbase), it's not working again, either Quick Add or just Add new term. I'll see if reorganising the termbase makes any difference and report back.

Thanks, Lydia, that seems to have done the trick. There was one termbase that wouldn't allow me to reorganise it (I had the message 'an error occurred while parsing Entity Name1, Line 1, position 135), so I'm not sure how to fix that. I've removed it from the project for the time being and have just tried quick add term, which worked. Do you know how I can fix this termbase so I can re-add it?
