Wrong source segments in Studio 2021

Question

I have to report a problem with Studio 2021. It involves packages containing several documents. Sometimes during translation, and sometimes after completion of the translation and export of files, several segments from individual documents of the same package "migrate" to another document . This is reflected in both memory and file exports. For instance, when I open a document in Studio, its segment 1 starts after 50 segments of other document of the same package.  The only thing I can think of is that you are hiding file tags... like this: 
 
 Note segment #3 of the first document is followed by segment #1 of the second. If I uncheck this:

 I don't see how it's even possible for segments to "travel" between documents, so if you don't think it's this then please provide us with a project where we can see this.
