Can you also please explain your workflow?

I am assuming you had a file based project as your first step. Your second step is to "migrate" / "save" to the cloud?
Or are you creating project and saving to the cloud simultaneously by using the "New project to cloud" workflow?

Please can you also confirm what sort of subscription do you have
