What are you using to pre-translate with, Translation Memories or with machine translation?
Did you create the project?

Is it just this 1 project that you are struggling with or is the pre-translate not working against any project / file.
Do you get results from your providers if you are active in a segment?

Often I see this if:

• Translation Memory langues dont support project languages  
• Translation Memory is not enabled when you perform the batch task - Pre Translate 
• Option to Apply automated translation is not enabled

Please can you save the error and attach the fill stack trace to this post so I can try help you further

Hi Lydia,

Thanks for your suggestion.

The problem is solved.

I use language weaver plug.

The reason of no result is caused by plug's free quota used up.

But there is no notice.
