impossible to open SDL package

 Could you please help me to solve this problem (copy screen attached). I am using the SDL 2014 and since this morning I have been unable to open the SDL package, the message I attached is displayed.

 Try taking it out of dropbox and save it locally in a non-cloud based folder. 
 Also how are you trying to open this? I'm confused that you see anytm.sdltm in the message. If you have a package it should be a file with the extension *.sdlppx and you don't open it as a Translation Memory.
