Hello everybody, I would like to move my TBs from an older version to a new one and then to a new computer. Do I need to upgrade them first like it is recommended for the TMs? Thank you for your help.

No you don't. Just copy the *.sdltb files to the new computer... no need to copy the rest as they will be recreated when you first use the termbase.
