Unable to login in RWS ID

Question

Unable to access my RWS ID account; 2 different computers 2 browsers, I am unable to log in 
 When I click on login, I get a message that oos.sdl.com not available and that I have been redirected too many times before even input what I think is still my email address registered with RWS and my password. I deleted cookies tried again same results. Therefore unable to use Studio as I need to move computers and install an upgrade. Anyone who can contact me ? traduction@arcenplume.ca . Thanks 2 days. A message in their contact us box had generated no reply. I have read answers to similar questions (more about reseiting password) but in this case it is NO ACCESS TO LOGIN AT ALL.
