Every time I try to open the file I am translating on my laptop in TRADOS 2022 Freelance Plus version I get this message: Unexpected exception when initializing view part Coincidencias de fragmentos. I have tried everything that appears at gateway.sdl.com but to no avail for the last 6 days. I have tried everything that appears in the gateway but not successful yet.
Can you kindly help?

Tried that too, thanks Elisa. It opened studio but upon starting a new project with the same original file and the earlier TM, it got blocked again. So back to square one.
