Problem between QA Checker and track changes

Question

Hello, 
 We noticed a problem between the QA Checker and the track changes. The number of warnings/errors is not the same before accepting all track changes and just after. Why is there a difference? Is it "as designed" or is it a known problem? Do you already know which rules are concerned?

I'm not sure if you mean the errors reported are different even if the tracked changes don't affect them, or something else? Perhaps you can provide a small example to validate your point? Drop me a file on email.
