AT suggestions come before TM suggestion

Hi! 
 In my current project the machine translation suggestions come before the TM suggestions in the Translation results window: 
 
 The machine translation is a client-provided tmx file I have imported. The TM:s are also client-provided. I.e. there is no machine translation in the TM list to "downgrade": 
 
 How do I move the machine translation down in the list?

 Given these are all TMs just add a penalty to the results so it's always lower than anything else you get.

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
