implementing proofread changes

Hi, can someone please just talk me through how to implement changes on a returned, proofread document? I keep getting the message 'this document does not contain any review changes' when I press 'accept changes', yet I know it does. Thanks!

Those are tags made by MemoQ I believe. Can you check with the person who did the proofreading?
