Question

After installing the Juremy plugin and trying to open the file to translate, the message "The calling thread must be STA because many UI components require this" appears.  However, the problem persists. Please advise.

Are you using the Language Weaver plugin? 
 I have the same issue (on a system that is not even 2 weeks old and worked fine at first !) and disabling the Plug-in during loading seems to have done the trick.

Trados Studio > 2. Trados Studio

The calling thread must be STA, because many UI components require this.
