Dear All,
This is not the first time that Trados has refused to add files for translation to a project that is being set up, citing "The file contains target language content in Bulgarian (Bulgaria)'. The file cannot be added, since is not one of the project target languages". However, that is exactly what the project target language is:
How can this conundrum be solved?

The files are all xlf. What are the language pairs of the xlf? Perhaps these don't match the project languages?

I have just added English (United States) as the second target language (without changing anything else), and Trados imported the files OK:
