Hi,
I get this error message when trying to generate the preview or target translation of a large .docx file in Studio 2017/Windows 7.
I manage to generate the preview of other large .docx from the same Project.
I tried to apply most solutions found on the Community and the Knowledge base (except installing latest version of Studio!)
Any idea?

With such an old version, and running W7, I don't think I can really offer any good advice. I do recall many discussions over problems with the preview in older versions and for some users we could never solve them at all at the time. Perhaps try translating that one file outside of the project as a single file translation? Does that fare any better?

Thanks a lot Paul. I tried translating as a single file but still have the problem. It must come from the docx file because I have the same error before I translate any segment. I'll try asking a collegue, otherwise maybe split the docx file.
Anyway thanks for trying, I know I need to at least move to W10 ;-)
