Not very helpful screenshots, other than we can see no content is parsed, and you attempted to open a DOCX and a PDF with the same name (I think). More helpful information would have been what type of files you are opening and what content is in them. For example, given they have the same name was the original the PDF and you saved as a DOCX to see if that would work better? If that is the case is the PDF an image of some sort or does it contain recognisable text?

Yes,exactly. The file doesn't even open and then I transformed it in a word file but the content is still not parsed , I suppose because of the table that it is in the content of the pdf. ...

ok - so it's an image and with no extractable content. You could try managing it with this plugin: https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/197
Also documentation tab: appstore.rws.com/.../197
Also no guarantees, and if this doesn't help then I recommend purchasing a more capable tool such as Abbyy Finereader which is designed for this very purpose.
