Possible bugs in Studio 2015

After upgrading to Studio 2015, so far I have encountered two bugs on a regular basis.
One is just annoying, another one is quite serious.

I work in English to Thai language pair. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I'm using Office 365.
When I try to delete many characters by pressing and holding backspace, almost everytime there will be an error window: Index and length must refer to a location within the string
This is just annoying. I just have to press esc and it will disappear.
However, it would be nice if SDL can get rid of this bug.

Another one is that when I export target files (either by Finalizing or Generating Target Translations) in Word format, almost everytime the language becomes Arabic.
This is serious. It messes up everything. Some characters (especially those that are within brackets or quotation marks) become aligning from right to left instead. Sometimes changing the language in MS Word does not work too...

Also, another minor issue is that MS Word cannot distinguish between Thai and Latin characters (including numbers) in the Word files exported from Studio (and possibly other CAT tools, except maybe DVX because my client uses it and the files exported from her do not have this issue). The problem will arise when I have to change the formats of the document, such as changing the font of Thai characters to one and the font of Latin characters to the other. MS Word will just think that they are all Thai characters.
People may think that changing those fonts like that are weird, but it is necessary for Thai patent translation. I'm not sure if this issue is attributed to Studio or MS Word.

So if they are real bugs in Studio, please fix them.
But if it is my fault. Please let me know!

Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

This one is already resolved in the Beta version of an update that will be released later this month.  So this one was a bug and it's fixed.

Hmnn... for this one I think we'll need to see a file to test this.  Sounds very odd.  Can you email me two files please?

    1. The sdlxliff file you are translating, and
    2. The original source file

    My email is pfilkin@sdl.com

Can I also see a file that behaves this way too please?  Same as before.

    Thank you
