Unexpected exception when initializing view part Correspondances Fragments + TM window is not available

Question

Hello All, 
 Can someone help me please? 
 I can't open any project or file on trados Studio 2022 SR2, It's generating this error message "Unexpected exception when initializing view part Correspondances Fragments + TM window is not available". 
 I already tried Deleeting temporary files + changing user account settings+ rapair trados studio, but I still get the same message. 
 Please help me. I'm working on an urgent project.
