Hello!
I've been using Trados 2021 as usual, but today I got the following error message and I can't access it: 'sdl.desktop.platform.services.itelemetryservice'. I've checked the forum and followed the steps, but nothing works.
Anybody can help me, please?

I've also tried it... But it does not work. I believe I've tried all the possible solutions close at hand, so I might need an expert hand
