Please make sure both your Trados and Multiterm are up to date. You can check that from Help - Check for updates. Also, the installed Trados and Multiterm versions need to be the same.

thank you for the prompt response. Before reading your answer i tried and restart the project and now another error message pops up, here the full stack tree error message.

I see. Please do all the steps mentioned above, especially make sure both Trados and Multiterm are at the same version and up to date (from Help - Check for updates).
