Hello,
I’ve the same problem. I insert my OpenAI API key but it doesn’t work.
Despite the detailed AI answer below, I do not understand what to do.
Trados copilot doesn’t seem to be an element I can reinstall... where am I wrong?
Where can I find that API-Interfaceß
Go to https://platform.openai.com/ and connect to your Open AI account (if you don’t have one, create it)
Then see my screen shot
Hi Alessia,
It's exactly what I did. But it doesn't work.
for me too.... the question is still unsolved for me :-(

Oh, sorry, I thought you had resolved this. Go to https://platform.openai.com/api-keys and generate a project key. Not sure whether the legacy user keys are still supported at all. Also not sure whether API usage is included in the basic subscription fee or whether you have to buy API credits separately. Click on "usage" in the left hand navigation to see how that looks.
Hope that helps.
Daniel
Gabriella Ambs-Wettstein and Daniel Hug I’ve find the problem: we need to have a paid account... I’ve add some money to test, and now it works.
I would be happy to know it when RWS speak about this "new" feature.

There are exactly two mentions of OpenAI in the release notes. Like this:
To use AI Assistant users need to bring their own OpenAI or Azure OpenAI subscription.
Watch out for more LLMs which we will make available in our app store.
Using OpenAI is no different to using DeepL or Google... you will need your own subscription.

I think the misunderstanding comes from the word 'subscription.'
Since you can have a free account, I mistakenly thought this subscription was included.
Now, I’ve discovered that it is a paid subscription.
This is not a problem, but I was getting frustrated trying to make it work :-)"
