Since the repair did not work, do you think I should uninstall Studio 2024 and reinstall it?

I see the plugins in Studio 2024 but they are not installed (0 installed)

I thought they woud be installed automatically when installing Studio 2024.

Will definitely use the plugin management tool to help me out since it worked fine before I tried to install the plugins.

Hi Karen,

Try just deleting plugins using the Plugin Management tool as recommended above.

I believe that will fix the issue.

Hi Karen,

You don't need to use the Plugin Mangement Tool to install your plugins. It's a way of accessing them when Studio won't open.

Use the on-board tool in Studio 2024 via (tab) Add-Ins > RWS AppStore > Plugins.

This will only list the Plugins that are available for the latest version of Studio. More will become available as the external developers who created them update them to match the current version of Studio.

If this isn't enough info, let me know and I'll post screenshots.

Sorry for the long delay in answering.

I have uninstalled the plugins, closed Studio and closed my computer.

I then reinstalled them using the following tabs in Studio 2024: Add-Ins > RWS Appstore > Plugins

As you can see in my screen shot, the plugins are still uninstalled:

Any idea what I should do to install those plugins?

The plugins are installed, as you can see in the list. The 0 after Installed Plugins means that you don't have any plugin updates pending.

Please close Trados and then try again. If the problem persists, please provide a screenshot of the error, also posting the full stack trace error would be helpful.
