All project templates are stored here: ...\Dokumente\Studio 2024\Project Templates
And I'm afraid you cannot change this location.

However, you can move the Dokumente (and all Bibliotheken) folders to any location in your PC, this is Windows setting.

All other settings you request are stored in each separate project template.

Thank you for your explanation, Jerzy. I had hoped for a slightly more user-friendly approach by Studio although I would say that Studio is generally reasonably user-friendly unless it crashes out of processes.

As Trados Studio is a brand new program and introduces (as usual) also new or modified file types, I would recommend recreating the project templates instead of importing the old ones. Same applies to the user profile.

I understand this is a lot of work, but this will certainly help keeping Studio from frequently crashing.
