Not a perfect answer, but you might want to try the checkmark for 'Export Frequent Segments', when choosing settings for the Analayze batch-task. I think the resulting segments are often called FOU's (?), and they will be placed in the Export folder of the Project folder.

Coincidentally, we're in the middle of a project where this was applied too, but there were still some cross-file repetitions left over. Some experimentation might be required, and perhaps someone else here has more experience with this :) Just thinking out loud here ;)

These options here in the batch processing options are the ones:

You set the number of occurrences before you consider them repetitions and a separate file is placed in the export folder created in your Project folders with an sdlxliff containing these segments only.

So, if you have this set to "2" then it means that once there are 2 or more occurrences of a segment it will be exported  to the repetition file so you can translate it first.
