As some other colleagues, I am not been able to activate my TM. Not sure what is going on. My TMs seem correctly selected.

 Is this because it was stored in the TM as a merged segment and when they are not merged the result of less than whatever % you used for the search? That would explain a lot!! 
 I also note (only just as the screen shot is tiny!) that you have TMs in OneDrive. This is not a good idea and is very likely to cause you problems with synching and even access.

 Can you try this: 
 
 Create a new project 
 Don't add any TMs at all 
 Add your Google plugin... just one! 
 
 Does that work? If it doesn't can you use this app to validate the key: 
 https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/53 
 If it does work try adding your TMs one at a time and test the project until you have something akin to what you are trying to use.
