Yesterday I tried to login to my RWS account and the page failed to load. I tried other browsers, other comuters amd other internet connections, all to no avail. Is it just me or is there a problem in the system?

Hello Elisa, I am Chris, one of the successors of Sandra Wisler. I have a similar issue. The error comes from our internal network solution powered by cisco .. To have the error displayed on your side could perhaps help solving the issue?
The main reason I wanted to have a log in on RWS was to download Trados Version 2024, which we own an upgrade license of. (Based from the 2022-version).
Do you have an idea how to download Trados 2024 bypassing this current issue?

You won't be able to licence it yet, but as long as you didn't use it before you should have 30-days in trial mode and I'm sure we will have resolved the technical problems by then!

Well I think I'll wait until there is a solution on the issue, then I am able to inherite the license in one step instead of having the trial firstly
