The problem is that the tab symbol is visible in the source box but will not appear in the target box automatically. I therefore have to insert the contents of the source box manually by Ctrl-Insert or by adding a tab symbol in the target box. This only happens in .docx files. The same file saved as a .doc file does not do this, it segments perfectly and no tabs are visible.

Good to hear... but I think it would still be worth you reviewing the video because you then wouldn't have to deal with them at all. Might be a lot faster!
