Adding reference files to termbases

Question

Hello all, 
 When creating new termbases, the termbase definition page (step 1 of 5 of the wizard) has a button called Add more where a reference document can be added to a termbase. I don't see anywhere in the application where a reference document once added can be accessed and used. Anyone have an idea of the intention behind this function and how to use it? Thank you! Alaina

 This is in some ways "niceties" but does have some useful applications when you manage many termbases and share them. If you add some info to these fields and then go to the heading in Termbase Management you'll see this sort of thing:

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
