Crashing

MLE Translation and Interpreting

I've seen other posts on this subject and even tried solving my issue with the tips provided. It worked for maybe 5 minutes.

Now my trados is crashing whenever I confirm a segment, and making me deeply regret my purchase.

This is the error I keep getting. If I'm not mistaken, before the temporary fix it was showing me the same kind of error ending in 18.

I don't know what to do at this point, but I'm pretty much about to ask for my investment back.
