I recently had Studio reinstalled at my laptop, but since then, the font size of the segments is very small.
How can I increase font size?

Just go to File -> Options -> Editor -> Font Adaptation and set the size and font you wish:
Or, when the editor is open select the View menu in the ribbon and use these icons:
