    ok - now we're getting closer.  What does the online version of Trados Studio 2022 Professional (Network SN) mean?  For example:

    • are you using simple cloud capabilities?
    • are you logged into an instance of Trados Team, or Enterprise, or GroupShare?
    • what are you actually trying to download and where from?
    • any messages?
    • good to even explain the process you went through and how you are trying to download the translated files?

    Please provide some better information if you want some help.  There isn't just one possible solution that works online here... there isn't an online version of Trados Studio at all!  I'm not being awkward... I just don't know what you're using.
