I have the same issue, tried everything I found online, resetting layout, checking the look-up in TM window settings, even reinstalled the tool, nothing works.

Only the source is visible

I think this is a general error that should be raised to RWS

For me (and seemingly Paul as well) this only happens intermittedly. Simple workaround is to move cursor up one segment, then down into the segment you are working on again, and it should be gone. No need to reset, re-install etc. It won't fix it anyways.

RWS did take nontice of this (see Daniel Brockmann at-mentioned above), but it's not a show stopper. It's just an occasionally occurring display error.

Thanks for your reply. Well I tried on several segments, but not necessarily moving the cursor up or down a segment, randomly without any result.

In order to finish a project I had due I recreated the job in Trados Editor as the synchronisation did not work pretty well with such a large project - 46k words.

Unfortunately every time I use the tool, maybe one time in a month since I have clients preferring cloud CAT tools, something goes wrong.

It is a pitty that we pay so much money and cannot use the software properly

Here is a screenshot and believe me, I tried adding different project language TMs and move the cursor between segments, nothing, just a blank section for Translation result
