Can't open TM after transfer to a new computer

I have transferred my Trados Studio 2022 license from a old computer to a new one and activated it on the new computer recently.


But after that, I can't open the TM my client sent me. I got the following error.

Warning message in Trados Studio stating 'The translation provider AnyTM: EN-JA.sdltm could not be opened and has been disabled.' with an OK button.

This happened twice, from 2 projects in a row. I could open the TM from the same client when I was using the old computer. And if I try to open TMs stored in my own computer, I can open them now. I wonder why I can't open TMs from the client now.
