In editor mode on Studio 2015, preview mode doesn't work. The error message is: your Word version is not supported. I have Office 2016.

Hi Osvaldo,
The problem that has existed since Microsoft introduced the click to run installer is still there. This KB Article explains. This will be addressed with a much bigger change in the future. The support for Office 2016 refers to the filetype itself and not preview functionality.
