Hello.
When I try tu customize Ribbon, almost all options are inactive. I cannot move anything up or down. I can only add (not remove) and check or uncheck. I need to move some things up and down.
Any ideas?

You can only move around items that you have added yourself (e.g. in a custom group) but you cannot remove nor move around the existing default options.
