The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters

Hi there,

As soon as I open Trados I receive the following error message:

The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters

It is a corporate subscription. Error message persists despite uninstalling and reinstalling Studio and the IT manager of my company is on a business trip until Monday.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,
