Good evening, I would like to know some information regarding the term of technical support end and possible Trados 2021 upgrade with the new version 2024. I would like to point out that I purchased the Trados 2021 license for purely personal use, as a freelancer. How should I proceed in this case? Thank you very much. Please note that engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2021 and MultiTerm 2021 will end on 31 December 2024.
After 31 December 2024, services covered under standard maintenance agreements – including technical support and new patches – will no longer be available, but you can use Trados Studio 2021 desktop version after this date.
However, it will still be possible to upgrade your Trados Studio 2021 licenses to the latest version, please see here the current prices: RWS Account (sdl.com)
