I upgraded to Studio 2024 a few days ago. I had previously been using Studio 2021 with no problems, but after I installed Studio 2024 I cannot connect to GroupShare through the link in the GroupShare Notification. Are there some settings I have to adjust, or is there more to it? I used to be able to click on the link in the Notification and the project opened.
Perhaps you need to discuss this with your customer and see what version of GroupShare they are using. Check this article for compatibility as only GroupShare 2020 is supported for use with 2024:
