Error 404

I recently registered and got a rejection email, but later received an email to create my Workzone profile. I reset my password without issue. I tried logging into the site on Chrome but get this 401 error every time. I tried a different browser (Edge) but the same issue arises. There's no support email to contact so how can I have this issue resolved?
