SR2 of which version?  Definitely not the latest as we don't even have a CU1 yet.  But I don't think this is related to the version or your update.  I think you may need to renew your subscription as you have exceeded the free allowance.  You can check your usage under https://portal.languageweaver.com/

New upgrade options are available in the Language Weaver account, please use this link: Language Weaver, then go to your settings and you should be able to upgrade to a paid subscription.
