Studio 2015 won't let me save my target texts in Word format, because of the following error: "Target text cannot be saved: Unexpected token "". Token ";" was expected. Line 3, Position 35."
I bought Studio 2015 a few weeks ago and the problem has been occurring from the outset.
As a newbie, am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to fix this?
Hi Aileen,
These errors are normally file specific, so I'd suggest you try enabling the new Word filetype in your options as this is a lot more "forgiving". So go to your File -> Options -> Filetypes and then make sure you tick the 2007 - 2016 filetype and untick the 2007 - 2013 filetype as shown here:
You'll need to open the source files again as a new project for this to be effective but it's worth a try to see if it resolves your problem. If it doesn't I think we need to look at your setup.
