I have encountered an error while uninstalling Trados Studio 2022 trial version.

When I try to uninstall the trial version, a message popped up"SuiteLoadException Missing package ID for package 'Trados Studio 2022'. A package ID is required for absent, tracked, packages. Line 63."

I couldn't uninstall the software. How do I solve this problem?? Thank you

    Step 1: Close all running instances of Trados Studio.

    Step 2: Navigate to the following location on your computer: C:\Program Files (x86)\RWS\Trados Studio. If you find a folder named 'Studio2022', please delete it.

    Step 3: Next, navigate to this location: C:\Program Data\Package Cache\RWS. If there's a folder named 'Trados Studio 2022' or any other SR versions, please delete them.
