When I attempted to import an SDLXLIFF into an SDL TM, I received the message "The translation memory or TM appears to be missing and may have been deleted."
The TM exists at the specified location. Similar Knowledge Base entries suggest that the TMX may be corrupted.
The solution was to "upgrade" the TM.
