How to Apply Suggested Translation automatically.

Hi, 
 I have been testing the new TS 2024 that is why I have so many questions that I dont find any answer to in the manual. 
 Is there any way to force TS to automatically apply Translations suggested by AI assistant, I mean automatically substitute the ones that are provided by Open AI, as in 90% of cases they are much better, at least in the filed I work with (medicine). I have created a shortcut for this but It is quite useless to be using the same short cut again and again anytime the new suggestion appears! It would save tones of time on my part, if the suggestions were applied automatically and directly in the target segment window.

 I am a bit confused by your question. The AI Assistant only uses OpenAI, and you want to substitute the ones that are also provided by OpenAI? Are you using the same prompt for both?
